When will they now finally make "The Mary Bell Story" ?

The movie was based on a famous mid-90's British murder. However, a much more interesting story would be about Mary Bell, the first known child serial killer in history, who at age 10-11, in Newcastle, UK, killed and mutilated two toddler boys for fun in 1969, and was preparing to kill another when her friend and accomplice, Norma Bell (no relation) broke down and confessed to authorities.

She too (Mary) was released in her late teens and under a new identity, is now both a mother and grandmother.

It was reveled later that Mary's mother, a part-time prostitute, used to have Mary watch her having sex, and also "sold" her to her "clients" for sex when in need of extra money...

Mary never repented, or said she was sorry for what she did to the little boys, in fact, as an adult refuses to talk about it and her family doesn't know either...

Now THAT would make a great movie!
