That beard looks terrible!

I am getting through season 2 episode 2 and at the 8:39 mark I noticed that Kublai's beard looks so GD fake I even exclaimed out loud, "OMG That looks so fake!" even though I am watching this by myself (unless you count my two dogs). Anyone else take notice of this? The hairline is just too perfect.
