*spoiler* Headstone

It saddened me that Norman's Headstone only had his yr of birth and death...

What would you have put? I would have at least put Beloved Son ☺

Son and brother maybe?

Hmmm....how about:

"He had some problems."

Either that, or:

"Good heart. Bad mind."

It made me cry that his side was SO blank and Norma's was so over the top, Norman style, of course. And that there were dead flowers on Norma's side (as if it was the last bunch Norman left) but nothing on Norman's side.
It would have been nice to see Dylan, Emma and their daughter arrive at the cemetery with fresh flowers for both of them at the end. Or just to see them there without flowers would have been ok too.

I still have mixed emotions about the ending.

If I were Dylan I would have put "Devoted Son" even if he didn't write "loving brother."

It cracks me up how in the middle of all the endless sentiments Norman put on his mothers headstone he just slips "wife" somewhere in the middle, as if someone reminded him that she was married at the time of her death, and he begrudgingly acknowledged it.
