The film is about a man who loses his job and finds out at a family vacation at Disney World. A place that sucks the money dry out of people....surrounded by fake happiness with exhausted workers, long lines, and whining kids.
I remember back in 1999 my family took me to Disney World. I have very few recollections of the rides (besides Epcott and Tower of Terror). The most visual memory I have of it, was when I was leaving the park. I saw a spoiled little foreign kid, shouting at his mother, throwing his Mickey Mouse hat to the ground and screaming, "WHY MUST YOU TORTURE ME?!!!!" while the mother looked scared and cried. True story, and although it seems totally random and irrelevant, I have a feeling this film illustrates the tragedy behind the "happy" theme park.
Well, yeah, any place that has people in it is bound to have conflict, no? It's not like they force everyone to be happy. There's no tragedy behind it, save for the people who've died int here over the years. But as the film's tagline says: Bad things happen everywhere. But especially in a Disney park? Nah.
If exhausted workers, long lines and whining kids frustrate you that much then I have no idea how you'd feel living in a city where things are downright *beep* in-and-out. Suddenly Disneyland will seem more appealing to you, I bet. First world problems, as they say.

YEAH! That would have been Great if that is the movie we were getting.......
Instead, we got a weird movie about a father losing his mind and following a couple of underage girls for most of the day.... A dad that would rather take his kid on a really strong ride just to see those girls....
so your description is nothing at all what the movie is about. Nothing... We got a really weird movie about a dad that has a thing for underage girls...
One ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them.

damn wooogzy....i will admit I have never seen the film...ha...but i guess i made a personal reading that it was about what I had written. But after reading your confident review, I am leaning towards your opinion....
You can still watch it if you want, the movie becomes really weird towards the end and the guy loses his mind, he starts seeing things and at the end nothing makes sense.
BUT I thought the movie was going to be very different, I was pretty surprised when we spend so much time seeing him follow those two girls all over the place

Completely agree. The opportunity to do something really novel was wasted by an unskilled director. Glad I gave this film ZERO $$.
