Why so little buzz?

I'm amazed that this show hasn't garnered more critical or popular attention yet. It's well-written with solid performances and a nice balance of comedy and drama.

I'm just wondering, after five episodes, how the next seven will play out in terms of a timeline. In episodes one through five, we've covered three and a half weeks of time, and there are now only two days left until the primary is over.

Ok, so after I just wrote that, I looked at the upcoming episode descriptions (SPOILERS FOLLOW).

Apparently, Samuels wins the primary, and the second half of the season deals with her campaign in the general election. It will be interesting to see what directions the show goes once the primary is over.

Because the fat guy kid of Samuels isn't a capable actor
