In Romanian, "pozitie" translates as position, but just like the English "position" it can semantically refer to both physical posture (e.g. standing, sitting, birth position, etc.) as well as someone's point of view. (my position on the economy is ...) If you watch the film you will understand the play on words, given the character's relationship with his domineering mother.
