Considering how funny TMB's songs are and the fact they market themselves as a comedy band, there's really not a lot of comedy here.

I think the problem is so much of episode time is spent on showcasing their songs (which, admittedly is somewhat of a smart move) but there really isn't a lot left over for plot or character development.

It's a little bit like Glee were they pick the songs they want to showcase first and then try to build a plot around them when I feel doing it the other way around would be better.

I love mankind. It's the people I can't stand.

I watched it right the way through, and I didn't like it at all. Even the songs weren't that funny in the episodes, on the final episode full of songs they were a little funny, but it was terrible.

What the hell was up with ep 6?? A repeat of all the songs we've already seen for no reason at all.

What a waste of time. And they left Begging from it which was their best tune!!

Like I think they should just focus on the plot of "TMB tries to break into the big time" without breaking it up with songs. I mean, if we wanted to see their music videos, we'd just go to their youtube channel. It's just they awkwardly shoehorn their songs and that's just shoddy writing.
