Odd Quotes in the Lobby of the Hospital?

Every time they show characters (or, I should say, "character" because it's always Jason/Ian) in the lobby of the hospital you can see that it is decorated with glass plates that have quotations etched into them. The quotes that I've been able to read both seem to be directed right at the main character and his... issues.

“In all of us, even in good men, there is a lawless wild-beast nature, which peers out in sleep.” - [Attributed here to Hippocrates but I believe is actually Socrates quoted in Plato's "Republic"]

"A scientific man ought to have no wishes, no affections, - a mere heart of stone." - Charles Darwin

"Whenever a doctor cannot do good, he must be kept from doing harm." - Hippocrates

"One who is injured ought not to return the injury, for on no account can it be right to do an injustice; and it is not right to return an injury, or to do evil to any man, however much we have suffered from him." -Socrates

Sort of odd quotations to display in the fancy lobby of a hospital, no? Maybe in the lobby of a med school, but what patient wants to read that when they are about to put themselves or a loved one into the care of doctors?!

Did anyone spot any others?

I noticed that as well...I thought it was a really cheap nod to the audience, coz, you're right, no one would want to admit themselves or a loved one to such a place.
