Is it really 'Dormant Beauty?

Wouldn't it be "sleeping beauty"? I know that a lot of movies get weird English translations, but...

I think they used "Dormant" to distinguish it from the fairy tale.

Actually, it would mean "Asleep Beauty"

Probably to distinguish it from the 2011 film "Sleeping Beauty".
