Ripper Street will never be the same. The show has always been about Reid, Drake and Jackson. Now that Drake is dead the show will never be the same. I really hope Rose dies. If she hadn't betrayed them, none of this would have happened. She has to pay for what she has done. She is the reason Drake is dead.

Nonsense. Your accusation is unfounded. All it says is that a male character is dead. Plus it gives a clear spoiler warning. I have used spoiler tags multiple times in the text itself. I always use spoiler tags. If you've read the spoiler then it's your own fault. Nobody forced you to enter this thread or to read the spoiler.

It could even have been Susan's son. It could also have been Jackson. For some reason you seem to hate him, but I like him and I'm sure other people like him as well.
Whatever you seem to think, it's not a major spoiler. If the title contained the name of the character then it would have been a major spoiler. The title only implies that a male character dies in the sixth episode. Plus it contains a spoiler warning.

shareI don't know how they could justify it, but I kinda wish there were some way to do it. But having an open wound to his jugular, which we see had stopped bleeding, is a pretty reliable indication that the character is dead and gone (although I suppose there might be some flashback some scenes during the next season).
He's been an integral part of the show. But who knows...maybe the actor wanted to leave.
To wade into the argument (wearing armour as its obviously getting nasty!) "I cant believe he's dead" is a massive spoiler! Its obviously one of the triumvirate as no-one else would be truly missed, apart from Croker (but I'm prepared to accept that's just me and my David Threlfall crush!)
And as far as being months old, it only ended this month, on BBC anyway.
