This show makes me cry like a baby

Every episode. That's all.

This show is the TV version of BDSM. It'll push you into the darkness until you can't handle it anymore, and then BAM!... release and make you feel elated for a brief moment.

Me, too, my friend.

Yes, Heiura. You're not alone, in my personal experience anyway. And the puzzling thing is sometimes I find myself crying without an obvious reason. Like when Daniel went to Murphy's Diner and had his first encounter with Marcy. It was the "goatman" episode. The diner was closing and it was obvious that he was a very unwelcome guest. Marcy was her usual brash self, even though she slept with him later. Daniel was ravenous and devoured his meal quickly, but the way he looked up at Marcy "please, may I have another?"

I don't know. Maybe it's because I have a "thing" for hungry people, or Aden Young's acting. Some things I can't explain, except it's part of the brilliance of this series.

Show is beautiful

I never expected to have the emotions I did in a lot of the specific circumstances in this show. It was crazy, I enjoyed it. I feel like it has opened up my mind to understanding so much more in life and people in general. It was an experience we all shared with the characters.

It was a very heartbreaking show, I can't think of any other that is nearly as hard hitting. Of course the acting plays such a huge part in that but also the score, the music was really beautiful and increased the emotional impact tenfold, especially in the final 2 seasons.

people are divided on the score,
i personally love the score, and how heavy it is at times, its like it is thumping you over the head with a dictionary of emotions,

although on the flip side, i can see how some people might be annoyed
