Kelly: I am! Ohh we know, we just want everybody to act more like you!

Vern, you just keep acting like Vern. Kelly, you're doing great, but you others need to step it up! Back stab your family, on camera, like Kelly!

Hank: I don't have any family to screw over! OK Hank, you just keep doing stupid, dangerous stuff, while bragging about how good you are.

Emily: What should I do? Well ...umm...act like you're an expert, and want to fire people for doing things you've done..Gotcha!

Owners to Emily for 4 Apr. 2015 Ep5: Act like you are strung out on drugs. Don't wash your hair for a few weeks. Don't bath or eat for a couple weeks. Don't look into the camera at all like you normally do, instead shift your eyes around constantly but don't look at the camera ! Tap all the fingers of both your hands nervously on every surface around you. When the first thing goes wrong on the barge, call it a day and head back to the shop for another hit off the pipe.

Hank's the nicest guy I've seen on the show. Shawn on the other hand running off the other dredges by bringing the visibility to zero by moving dirt near was just being a tool. It was probably just for the show plotline. as big as the area is they are mining i find it hard to believe they couldnt stay out of each others way. of course they want drama.
