Sorry, but this was pretty bad

I wanted to like it, but there was too little plot and too little dialogue for a movie that runs about 90 minutes. I mean, at one point the main character drives his car slowly down a dirt road in the country for about three and a half minutes ... I DON'T NEED TO SEE THAT! Now there was a 50 second phone conversation while he was driving, but that leaves about two and a half minutes of driving in silence. It's not that I demand lots of action in a movie, but I want there to be something. If not action, then substantial plot or dialogue or something.

The main idea in the movie is probably salvageable and could be turned into a good movie, but this wasn't it.

agree! I watched the whole movie just waiting for the pieces of this puzzling movie to make sense. I never got it put together. Weird movie.

Not to mention the *beep* child actors (boy and girl in the first part), the HORRIBLE cinematography (I mean, we can see the cameraman's and equipment's shadows all over the main actor), and the laughable Monthy Python-esque projectile vomiting suitable for a scene featuring Mr. Creosote. What a steaming pile of a movie.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Could not get the image of that out of my head.

P.S. This movie sucked balls.
