Should have been better - Spoilers

I'm not sure how you mess up the formula so badly, and Fisher's bad plastic surgery mouth probably didn't help matters, but at no point did I feel any empathy for the main character. The fact she seemed happy with her choices right up until the end just led me to believe she didn't care about 90% of the stuff she was shown which defeats the purpose of the movie. So the message they sent was in the end she still only cared about herself which isn't exactly the point of the original it is based on.
