..it helps them pretend their whole society isn't based around the worship of money and rewards selfishness? I mean come on.. Really, it would be great if good people were rewarded for their virtues, but America isn't about that, it is all about the greed. So stop kidding yourselves you're something you're not. The hypocrisy is sickening.

As an American, I would love to disagree, but sadly, I can't. We do seem to care only about money and power. Those who don't are sadly in the minority it seems.

I'm UK viewer. I like Hallmark movies because they do offer an alternative, where nasty people are redeemed.
