Was anyone else really disappointed that there was no brother and sister reunion? Wasn't the baker and rapunzel siblings?
If I'm wrong please ignore me, it's been a while since I saw this film.
I was thinking that too, but then I forgot all about it. Maybe the creators did too. Curious to see if the musical did the same or not. Also I wonder if Cinderella and the Baker might get together.
shareYes thats the only cringe i have with this movie is that they nade a big deal in the beginning of the baker having a sister now we all know it was repunzel but then they never met so what was the point of giving us that info. In the end it looks like the baker never thaught of it again.

shareIn the original Broadway version, Rapunzel dies. They didn't show that in this film--she just disappears and we don't know what happens to her after she rides off with her prince. But, that explains why they didn't do the reunion--it would have meant an even more significant alteration from the original plot.
