I usually think these posts are ott but I enjoyed the first half hour of this film and then it just bugged the hell outta me!
I feel it starts adequate and then slowly gets more and more annoying!! I knew it was down hill once Kirk was trying to chase the RV, it was Amandas fault for galavanting in the road but his whole macho like argh c'mon I'm gonna get your number plate thing was annoying to say the least! I would have probably called my friend a dingbat, got back in the car (yes shocked) and forgot about it!
As if the meatless empty carcass, creepy little girl and the old mans warning wasn't enough!
The whiny females demanding to stop the car after being chased down and bumped this way and that, just get far away!
When Danielle dies they play the blame game.. I wanted to slap them all, they would have probably prolonged her death had they not pulled over!
The way Brooke & Kirk are screaming for Amanda, she screamed all the way back at the car it's obvious where the bodies have gone!
Ear block moment; the way Amanda screams and screams and well just screams when she's trapped in the RV even once she knows it's Justin who has come in.. Just be quiet, I know that would be horrifying but listen to Justin for goodness sake!
When Brooke finally gets signal on the mobile, she goes and moves, well you just dont do that? You have signal so you stay in that spot & attempt to make a call! These characters were so stupid I'm surprised they even knew how to dial!
Then when they're hiding they still can't seem to keep their mouths shut!
Kirk getting his hand cut by the burley blokes then saying he's tired, he doesn't want to move and most of all the repetitive "I'm so cold, I'm so cold" And "I'm resting now", Then did he say his hand had "fallen off"?
All the characters were so annoying, I wanted them to be slaughtered just so I didn't have to listen to anymore of their nonsense! I enjoyed the concept of the film just the acting and the over the top screaming less so!

I agreed with everything you said, it also pissed me off when justin didnt take any of the weapons in the rv and kill the 2 guys in the dark.

And then he also tells her to stay there and he'll go get help (ya just stay in this bloody rv where these guys are going to kill you instead of running with me) while not taking weapons, like wtf, can you get any more stupid? And when he comes out of hiding when the guys start walking away and theyre like 10 feet from him...really you couldn't wait another 20 seconds to make noise? Talk about ADD

I agree totally with original post. Always the same in this type movie - the plot goes out of the window as everyone becomes hysterical and blames some poor hapless sap for everything that is happening. Amanda was the worst of the whole screaming, useless bunch - I was positively gagging for her to get murdered. I'm only surprised the RV guys didn't do it straight away.

I could not TAKE the one girl screaming her head off in the rv. How does that help you? I hate this in horror films. Characters want to hide but they make as much noise as possible by breathing hard, screaming or sobbing loudly. Why bother hiding or sneaking? The villain can't see you, but they can sure hear you which is more than enough.

Most importantly, where the hell were they even going? They were going to a cabin? It looked like they were just driving nowhere. And the place they went to for beer and first saw the little cannibal girl looked totally abandoned. Where the fnck would they get beer or anything up there? I started wondering if Kirk was going to be involved because he was the douchebag, he drove them out there, he antagonized the RV driver, said he knew a place for cheap beer and there was no living thing in sight at said location. He said he had been before. Fncking when? It was in the middle of murderville, so how is it that random passers by utilize a store there for anything? I quickly realized he was just an idiot.

I still gave the film a 5/10 BC despite the dumbness it was still scary. When the one guy got his head cut off I was horrified.
