Absolutely sucked

Bad script, horrible acting, unoriginal and lame. It just wasn't enjoyable or entertaining whatsoever. Just a small cast of characters who make every stupid cliched mistake possible without the fun factor.

Avoid it.

Bad script? Seems to flow as a movie quite well with all the necessary sequences.

Bad acting? The characters were believable and kept in touch with the vibe of the story.

Unoriginal? How many movies have this plot? I can think of none off the top of my head.

Lame? Too subjective to make a comment. I enjoyed it.

Seems what we have here is either a dude who hates everything and gets off by posting about it on imdb. Or someone with zero skill in analyzing movies; using cliche slogans to try to make a credible point and falling short.

Although I think the OP was too harsh, you really can't be serious in thinking the script and acting were good. I liked the premise and the direction was actually really good for the most part with some fantastic cinematography, but this movie really suffered big time from the script and acting.

I am a big fan of Finn Jones in Game of Thrones, so it pains me to say it, but he was bloody horrendous in this. The female lead was just as bad.

As for the script, well I know it's a horror movie so I don't mind suspending disbelief for one or two convenient plot devices but this was just littered with them. There were so many moments that jumped from A to B waaaaay too quickly.

Definitely one of the worst things I've sat through for a while. The whole thing comes across like a poorly conceived student film with the kind of acting performances you'd expect from a local amateur theater group rather than actual paid professionals. Kind of amazed that it's scored five stars here. Awful.

The idea was decent enough, but I agree with the acting. Stuart really started to drive me mad; I felt he could have been a lot more believeable.
