When is it going to be released?

I've heard so much about this film and I've even seen it, but I want to show it to my friends. I guess what I'm asking is: does anyone know when there will be a theatrical or online release of the film?

It's scheduled to play at the Naro theater in Norfolk, VA at 8pm, monday, January 28th.

It's been released on september 1st, I believe it was a DVD release but I'm not positive, anyhow it's also all over the net in the normal streaming sites, if that helps any.
