Lazaka I think that Kim's dress was a one of a kind design. It wasn't being made anymore so she bought it from the previous owner.

Every outfit Kim put on her body was hideous. That first dress looked like a child "designed" it; the second dress--well, it was a Pnina Tornai so that explains it. Pnina is known for making tacky, slutty, over-designed dresses. As for the jumpsuit, no wonder her gynecologist cursed. That thing was so tight he could see her ovaries (and it gave her a wedgie!)
