Her mother and the Bathroom

Her Mother and her sister should have been able to use the bathroom. Kim was a bitch to her. It was Kim's yelling as her Mother that started all the KJ crying!

reply

To be honest with you, it was Kroy who was being worse! Kicking your own mother out of your own wedding, what a vile and disgusting low life Kim has turned into since meeting Kroy. She used be fun to watch and have a go at, now she's too good to let her mother use the bathroom so much so she made her leave?

Kroy's words "my son is sleeping Karen get out!" "my son?" isn't that her grandson? He's a piece of garbage, I hope they fire his ass on the Atlanta Falcons and I hope their marriage falls to pieces, Karma is a bitch. You do something that vile at your wedding, nothing good will come from it!

His mother raised a jerk, she should be ashamed!

I agree.... what was the big deal? Kim was wrong. Her mom would have never gotten so obnoxious if she could have just used the bathroom and went back to the party.

I wish these guys would stop jumping

I don't understand the big deal of using the fanciest porta potty I've ever seen. Her Momalwats seems to make a scene for everything. Very very self centered.
She knew that Kim wanted NO ONE in the house. If you make one exception then everyone expects that. None of Kroy's family had an issue using the others.

I agree with iChristy, i am quite sure that everyone was told in advance they couldnt go in the house and then after a few drinks her mother thought shed create a scene and throw her weight around.

I'm sure no harm would have come to the baby but the mum and aunt running around like naughty schoolgirls and shouting would have disturbed him so kroy was within his rights. This was probably all the mum's antics leading up to the wedding coming to head, she was a nightmare!

reply

It was the aunt who caused the fuss.

Her Mom totally reminds me of my Grandmother. She always needs to be the center of attention no matter what. One of those who always plays the victim. Just like when Kim's Daughter had the dance she was going to & Kim's Mom didn't bother showing up. I don't care what's going on between us, you come for you Grandkids!! I've gone through so many of the same issues with my Grandmother so I know. My Mom has told me so many times that if she EVER acts like that I have her permission to shoot her LOL. She went through it growing up & never wanted our relationship to be like that, so far it never has. Didn't you notice Kim's Uncle & Father both have that "look" like ughhhh what has Karen done now. I bet they all have had crazy issues with her. She sounds like an amazing Drama Queen!

I kind of agree with you, iChristy. I have two relatives who act similarly to Kim's mom in wanting to be the center of attention, causing scenes, throwing their weight around, and not doing as they're asked. They have no respect for other people's boundaries.

I wouldn't have had the police escort my mother out, but I don't blame Kim and Kroy for getting upset. These type of people are VERY hard to deal with but you have to hold firm and MAKE them respect your boundaries.

If the parents were allowed to use the house restroom, how would that make the other guests feel? Like they weren't good enough. Everyone needed to be treated the same. (IMO asking your guests to use a porta-potty when you have perfectly good restrooms in the house is beyond rude. I've actually been to a party at someone's house where they made guests use a porta-potty and I felt slighted and like they thought we weren't good enough to come in the house.)

reply

My Dad has a porta potty outside next to the pool at his house because they have a bunch of pool parties. No exceptions, everyone must use it during pool parties. It's no where near the deluxe ones Kim brought in. The ones she got for them to use were like 5 star celebrity crappers! I doubt Kroy's family would have made a scene like that.

I agree with this. Karen seemed like the type that you have to force to respect your wishes. And while it may seem like a trival issue once you start bending on little issues it's a slippery slope to that person becoming a nightmare and learning how to work you to get what they want on ANY issue.

I don't blame her for not wanting that many people in the house either though. Their bathrooms would be a hot mess after all those people got done with the evening and if drinking was going on and knocking things over, making a scene. Even without the baby if I was having that big of a wedding I wouldn't want that many people in the house.

And they looked like nice port-a-potties not the gross kind you seen in the parking lots of football games lol

I, too, got this same impression.

She just had to create a stir. If it wasn't about the bathroom I'm sure it would have been about something else, anything that would have placed her at the center of attention.

It was a stunt that, given the remarks that she and Kim's aunt made after they tore past security, was firmly rooted in jealousy and inferiority, in my opinion.

She barged in threatening violence because she was faux offended that she, the mother of the bride, had to follow the rules set forth by her daughter. She was just looking for a reason to "show out."

Her obnoxious insistence on using the house bathroom was deeper than her simply not wanting to use the portable toilet. I'm sure the inner monologue in her jealous mind went something like, "Who does she think she is? So what that she's had this big, extravagant wedding? She's not going to treat me like a commoner!" So, like a rebellious teenager, she gave Kim the finger.

The look on her deflated face as she was leaving said, "I'd love to stay but Kim's making me, her own mother, leave [because I acted like a ginormous ass]. Isn't this a shame? "

Ugh!

Really Kim? What goes around, comes around. That's why she's being evicted. God don't like ugly and Kim is getting a reality check now!

Kim and Kroy made a big deal out of nothing. They should've just let her Mom use the bathroom in the house and called it a day. It's your Mom! They were so mean to her. Kim was acting really uppity and then to have her Mom thrown out by police was plain embarrassing. I'd been mad to if I were the Mom.

A lot of women can relate to the bad relationship kim has with her mother, (i can) BUT i would never kick my mom out the house for using the bathroom inside during my wedding. You can tell her dad wanted to stay but he didn't dare say anything to kim. Something went terribly wrong with how kims parents raised her for her to be so ungrateful and disrespectful to her parents. Her mother is nutty, We can all see that but Kim caused the scene in having security come in and get her out. Goes to show money can't buy class.

Kroy has been very rude to kims mother several times, Everytime i've heard him talk rude to her mother, he just sounds young and immature.

reply

Some of you are forgetting that it was Kims AUNT that wanted, and did, use the indoor bathroom, that was, I believe, in Kim's bedroom or in another bedroom.

Also, the aunt told Kim's mom Karen that Kim was a 'bitch'.

Her aunt and mother behaved awfully. Kroy's family had to use the $5000 porta-potty, I don't know why these two kooks thought they were too good to use it and an exception had to be made just for them. I don't blame Kim for tossing them out, they were over the top obnoxious acting.

reply

Think about it...it wasn't so much that Kim wanted to single her mother out to prevent her from coming into the house. It was that it was not possible for the guard at the door to know who was family and who wasn't. So it just became a matter of barring everyone. They weren't wearing nametags, for goodness sake. If Kim had said only family was allowed inside, everyone would have become family.

That said, I do think the mother was a little psycho but Bravo amplified it for drama, as only they can do. It makes for great promos, right?

Oh, and the aunt was grandstanding, big time.

Though I felt bothered by Kim having her mom kicked out, her mom didn't ask Kim about it. She just went to the guards on her own and demanded to be let in. I'm beginning to see Kim's side.

The guard didn't know who she and the other lady were. So, now he goes to Kim, spoiling whatever fun she was having at HER wedding reception, with a security threat. Kim doesn't know who it is at first. Then she finds out it's her mother. From her side of things, I guess it could've been infuriating.

reply

"The guard didn't know who she and the other lady were."

Let's think about that, yg-7.

Professional security guards who spent the whole afternoon and evening at the wedding checking for crashers and vetting the guests did NOT recognize the mother of the bride?
Did Kim hire the Doofus Security Co. ?

The baby woke up.
ALERT THE MEDIA.
What a tragedy! Babies never wake up at night. Especially when there are 300 people in the back yard dancing to loud music, drinking, speaking and laughing at the top of their lungs.
It must have been Mom and Auntie peeing.

It couldn't have been security guards and Kim herself banging on the door and yelling. That's just like a lullaby to an infant.

The peeing and flushing must have done it.

I felt like Kim throwing her Mom out of her wedding, was unforgivable. Her and Croy(sp) owe the Mother a HUGE apology. Other things turned me off Kim when she was on Housewives of Atlanta but it doesn't make that much difference, no one's perfect but THROWING HER MOTHER OUT, BECAUSE SHE WANTED A REAL BATHROOM!? That's insane. At this point, until she ask her Mother's forgiveness, I simply think she's a fcking bitch.

If my daughter did that to me...seriously, I would ask to spend time with the grandchildren but I might forget I had a daughter. Honestly, what Kim did was the most insulting and ridiculous thing I've EVER seen a child do to her mother. She and Kroy should beg her mother's forgiveness and I'm pretty damn sure Kroy's parents would agree with me.

I know Kim's mom is rather foolish, maybe silly but Kim knew that about her Mom, no need to kick her out of the wedding. Only filth would do something like that.
