Charing Cross station

The subway stop where Shahrukh-Katrina share their first smooch - I doubt if that subway stop would be so deserted at any time of day. There were the only two people in entire station. No other passengers on same side or opposite side. Also, when the train came in, there was only one token passenger. And the attendant took his own sweet time to close the doors.

Also, what's the deal with Shahrukh's room mate? Why is so hyper all the time? And why does Shahrukh allows himself to get mooched by his roommate? And why this forced "subliminal" message about India-Pakistan "bhai bhai"?
