Now that the director of this movie, Mr. Yash Chopra, is dead, this movie is going to gross some serious money because of the publicity yet to come.

Is somebody timing this?

^^ Hes just being honest, Chopras death will end up helping this movies box office, Chopra had already said that this will be his last film as a director now with his death their will be an added curiosity factor. Same thing happen with The Dark Knight, a big high anticipated movie where someone died and it ended up leading to extra buzz.

Mentioning this isn't about valuing money over life, its just acknowledge a reality.

Agree...but this is not the right time...to talk about it..
We should mourn rather than think that this will add few extra crores...
Sure many people will flock to pay homage to the legendry figure..
And I hope..it earns more praises than the money..

Most ppl in showbiz value money above all else anyways...much much more than their sons, daughters, parents, even life and honor.

Besides, the guy was old anyway..had to go sooner or later. So from the producers' point of view, better now than later.

So you don't deserve more impassioned and envisioned works like he made.

If you're talking about the 'reality' of things, try your hand and make your movies based on that, see how much they suck, like reality, and understand that a great mind and visionary died and idiots like you proliferating will do nothing in terms of producing such memorable art as he did.
