Carl Weathers Was Slumming!

I could not believe that Carl Weathers played an army general in
this awful science fiction, military thriller. He must have
been so thrilled upon reading the script when he found out he
would be playing the role of a four star general! LOL, since
he was a CIA operative in Predator and I just LOL at his
performance though gave up after the first thirty minutes.
Just could not bring myself to keep watching and really do
not even care about the rest of the film!
