Release Date for: Envelope??

Does anyone happen to know the estimated release date and/or availability of the movie: Envelope? IMBD shows release date of May 28, 2012. However, when I searched for it on Amazon, Netflix, ect., I found nothing. I hadn't actually even heard of it till I saw it listed on IMBD. I love anything with Spacey..so I just wanted to see it. It looks like it could be interesting.
