Help! Season 5 episode 12, "Baby Jay"...

I've got the first five seasons of this show downloaded, except for season 5, number 12, called "Baby Jay."

It doesn't seem to be available on torrent anywhere, and I can't find it to watch online either.

Does anyone know where I can download/watch this?

And also: WHY is it completely missing from the world when the rest of the show is all over? :/
