i've come to this board looking for information about this movie, but there's nothing in here. Does anyone has any information, like when is this going go to be released, etc?

You might go to the website "We, The Infected". There are a number of articles about the movie on that website. The movie has been released. But I believe only in Scandinavia.

If you want to see Lina Leandersson, prepare to be dissapointed. She has only 8 lines in the entire film and her character is not relevant to the plot.
