So when the Stalker is going apesh*t and trashes his Apt. the Upstairs Tenant comes down and asks what's going on. The Stalker snaps his neck and supposebly the 911 Operator sent over help since the Tenant already had the Phone calling. Soo... What happened to his body?? Unless I missed something it was never mentioned again.

I believe you are correct...

They talk about how he managed to take all evidence with him except the post it note but nothing said about the neighbor.

Well, nothing... It went to a morgue. Why does that matter? The movie already has enough of flaws..
