Compared to other Paul Verhoeven films, what's this one like?

Hi, to those of you who have seen "Tricked" (2012). May I ask?

Compared to other works of this famous and controversial Dutch filmmaker Paul Verhoeven, who mostly is known for pushing the limits of sex and violence on screen, from his early 70s-80s Dutch efforts "Business is Business" (1971), "Turkish Delight" (1973), "A Girl Called Katie Tippel" (1975), "Soldier of Orange" (1977), "Spetters" (1980), "The Fourth Man" (1983) and others including Hollywood cross-overs "Flesh & Blood", "Total Recall", "Basic Instinct", "Starship Troopers" and others including more recently his (first ever) French movie "Elle" (2016), what is this movie actually LIKE?

I heard, besides it being reasonably less known than most of his other works, that it is arguably Verhoeven's most restrained and less violence oriented and less sexually explicit movie to date, but is still has some of the Verhoeven touches and a fairly shocking ending, even though I have heard that its actually rated PG-13 in USA whereas most of his movies are easily rated R and are close to NC-17 if uncensored, but what is this one like content wise?

Oh and yeah - is it any GOOD as a MOVIE in terms of QUALITY as well?
