What the hell was that?

I have no idea what happened in that last five minutes or so. The last two dropped into a shaft filled with water, found an underwater opening, and continued on with the soldiers right behind.

But what the hell happened to the one guy? The space they were swimming through was barely large enough for one person, yet alone a soldier completely covered from head to toe in armored plates. He went under and never came up.

And the girl got to shore but was murdered anyways?

How did so many soldiers squeeze through that opening so fast?

I'm really confused. It seems like they had a good idea going - but abandoned it.

The whole movie overall was really disappointing, and I was really excited to see it.

I thought the same thing last night. That was kind of the main good guy and he didn't even get a goodbye death scene. I would've thought with him being an ex soldier he could at least outswim an armoured samurai soldier with a sword. It wasn't heavy metal armour or anything but I bet it's easier to swim in a green t-shirt

Well the ending was kind of a let down.
It seems like the producer or director gave up on the story and
didn't know what else to do with it.

Unless of course they were trying to leave the story open for a sequel.
If so I hope they make an improvement over the 1st one.

It is difficult to free fools from the chains they revere.

It was a total waste of my time. I was really shocked to see the ending. I expected a bit more. "Dead mine" story had potentials, the first half an hour was good but it later made it worse.
