People keep saying that but I don't really see it. I mean, I can see a little bit, but JLH looks much skinnier than Lacey. Not saying Lacey is fat, but she's definitely more... voluptuous than JLH.

Children of IMDB enjoy thinking they have a clue as to how American politics work.

Speaking as someone with pretty severe face blindness - it's from looking at cues instead of seeing the faces. Folks who aren't good at telling faces apart learn to rely on things like hairstyle, general face shape, build, etc. That's why some people get really freaked out when a friend changes their hairstyle.

As an example, I can tell these actresses apart when I see them next to each other, but when one of them crops up in a movie, sometimes it takes me a while to figure out which one she is:

For Ms. Chabert & Ms. Hewitt - long, auburn hair, oval face with defined cheekbones, large eyes, and cleavage the size of Montana.

She really does. I think it's the hair.

When Lacey was younger it was like uncanny in that movie "Not Another Teen Movie" Lacey plays "Amanda" and walks in the party exactly like JLH does in the same outfit, same facial expression and it was scary how alike they were lol. And its funny cause Ethan Embry was in "Can't Hardly Wait" the movie Not another teen movie was spoofing in that scene where Lacey plays JLH's character from that.

Totally thought the same thing!

LOL. I always thought that Jennifer Love Hewitt should've played Julia, Claudia's sister (Lacey Chabert) on Party of Five and Neve Campbell, who played Julia, should've played Sarah, Jennifer's character instead.

There was actually an episode of Jennifer's show Ghost Whisperer, which Lacey guest starred in, that was all about the physical likeness between the two. Melinda (Jennifer's character) found out that her deceased ex-boyfriend had married Lacey's character specifically because of her resemblance to Jennifer's character. There's actually an awkward encounter when the two characters meet and they're both struck dumb for a moment as to how alike they look. It's actually pretty funny.

I was just about to mention that before I read your comment. 😂 They are very similar looking and I wonder if there is a chance one of them is adapted and they don't know it. I have heard of sisters growing up as friends not even finding out they were sisters until they were in their 40s.
