Oh, that Bill Murray!

So far, there doesn't seem to be any. He's one of the few guys who can do everything.

I agree that he's great. He has that perfect sardonic, deadpan, comedic edge in roles like this or Lost in Translation or Broken Flowers et al, but I don't think he can play any role. I can't see him in a lead in a romance. Maybe a romantic comedy, but not a straight romance. I can't see him a crime caper movie, unless, again, it was a comedic one. And I don't see him doing straight drama roles. Some people point to The Razor's Edge as a great role for him, but I thought he was flat and wooden in it, and it didn't do well at all in the box office or with critics.
