Actually I have another idea Wichio, but this idea only has some changes so it can collaborate with your idea.

It can't be MF Jones who the siblings contact, cause remember when MF Jones buys Pinkberry at the end of the second film? Here's my idea. Maybe the third film can take place a few years (3-4) after the second film, after Rex Hanson from the second film is released from prison. He goes under a fake identity with different hair and eye colours, where he manages to get hired by MF Jones in Pinkberry, almost not getting the job from Jones recognizing him as Rex Hanson.
Rex plans on meeting a woman similar to the character MF Jones to seek murder advice (To kill Nick, Kurt and Dale), who he met in prison and was released shortly after they met. The siblings still intend to kill Nick, Kurt and Dale so they meet up with the same woman Rex is meeting up with (Perhaps played by Scarlett Johansson). After Rex and the siblings meet Scarlett Johansson, they decide to team up to kill Nick, Kurt and Dale, with Rex's real identity being revealed to the siblings (As his real name was revealed to the siblings by Scarlett Johansson, who she met in prison as mentioned).
However, she (Scarlett) recommends to give up on this idea before she gives them advice, as Rex and David Harken (From the first film) were arrested trying to get Nick, Kurt and Dale arrested. However, the three don't listen and just give her the money for the advice. After they were told the advice, Jesse Eisenberg disapproved of the idea, but Scarlett Johansson threatens to kill him if he walks off after being given advice on murder, so they continue with their plan.
That's all I'm gonna say, but maybe there could be something with Julia Harris finding Rex and Jesse Eisenberg attractive, causing this to ruin their plan.
