Guys I am going to the panel discussion for this movie today. I will post whatever info I get. I spoke with the film's director last night and he said it is Lord of the Rings meets The Princess Bride. They will also be releasing the trailer for the movie during the discussion.

The film is about a group of people who must go on a quest to stop an evil wizard (James Marsters) who has been heartbroken and trained a dragon to kill anyone in the kingdom who falls in love. The films director (Maclain Nelson) said it is Lord of the Rings meets Princess Bride.
They showed a clip from the movie, a behind the scenes montage, and the first official trailer which can be found on the film's facebook page (link below). The entire film was shot in Utah on green screen sets.
The main reason this film has been in production so long is due to a lack of funding. They cannot complete the necessary effects needed for a green screen film like this one. They are hoping for a fall release, but it can only happen if they have the funds to finish the film. You can help by backing the project on KickStarter.
