or rather, her FBI agent "friend" found out that Dr. Bowman was Guy's father? I'm sure the FBI is good, but good enough to know about a one night stand over 40 years ago?
shareWell it would be on a birth certificate. It wasn't as if the mother didn't know who the father was. In the scene where Guy spoke about it he stated that his father only left once he found out she was pregnant.
It wasn't literally a one-night stand, but rather clearly a short relationship that broke down because the father couldn't be bothered to deal with the responsibility of fatherhood at that time.
