In just 50 years from being a broken country America becomes the most modern powerful country on earth... Where any dream is possible. The building of a strong middle class...

Fast forward to 2012... America is a broken country where the only dreamers are illegals who sneak in and get the "dream act" in their favor. Where the middle class is sharply declining. Where it seems nothing is possible, no-one will start a business now, jobs are in decline, and China reigns supreme...

Interesting mini-series if you listen to the words and relate them to todays world.

That's all true. The History Channel could do a sequel, call it something like "The Decline of America," but I doubt it would draw any advertisers.

The sad part is they wouldn't need to take any creative license to make, it's an unbelievable story as is.
