Childrens Hospital is among my favorite comedy shows, and I have always enjoyed the Newsreaders segments as well, so I was primed to enjoy the Newsreaders spinoff show. I have seen all 6 episodes, but have only found it mildly entertaining and funny. I guess it's unfair to compare it to CH, which benefits from a full ensemble, but even so...
What do others think?
I'm a fan of Childrens Hospital and there's the same type of tone but with CH you're watching characters you like every week, Newsreaders, it's a news story every week. Some news stories are better than others. It's a week by week of which will be worth a rewatch again and what will just be forgotten.
