I'm assuming Max or the guy in the white mask (were they the same person?) put Tom in the truck but what was with the tube sticking out of his mouth? It almost seemed like the end of the tube was hanging out the trunk so Tom could have enough oxygen to stay alive but he was dead and his eyes were bloodshot red. What happened?
shareYes, Max was the guy in the white mask. The end of the tube was stuck in the tailpipe, so Tom was directly breathing in carbon monoxide from the exhaust the whole while Lucy was driving the car around. She had no idea he was in the trunk dying.
shareKindred is right. In addition, technically she killed Tom because she put gas in the car and the faster she drove the more carbon dioxide was forced down his throat. A bit Saw-like kind of death/murder. Not bad.
