Ending Questions

I really enjoyed this film because it was creepy and not gory. I'm confused about the ending though.
1. How did they all die?
2. What is the found footage part at the end?
3. When they all wake up at the end, is that in Shane's mind? Also, were they waking up from the second round or the first---so none of the events actually occurred (from Shane's perspective at least, because he's reliving the night as his fear).
