I'm in the UK. Not sure about the States, sorry. All I can suggest is that you follow some related tags on Tumblr. Quite often someone posts links to the full episodes there. You might get lucky. I am very thankful for my Amazon Prime. PLM is the most interesting thing I've seen in TV in a long time.
