Her Chili Recipe on "The Mercantile" Episode

She put a lot of tomato in it (2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste), which is fine with me, but I didn't see her put any onion in it. I can't imagine chili without onions. She's not shy about using onions in other dishes, so that surprised me.

I would love to go to the Mercantile if I'm ever nearby, but I was surprised at how many people went a very long way to be there.
