See it whenever you can!

I remember going to Comikaze 2012 and before the screenings of Sushi Girl and Puppet Master X, there were 2 films that were presented as Elvira's Horror Hunt Winners: Other and found. Other was a well-done short film, but found. was the one that I remember most out of the 2...mainly because Elvira and Peaches Christ ran a little late, thus we only were able to see the opening 5-10 minutes of found.

Here I am months later and after donating to help support their film festival run, I got an e-mail that from them and to show their appreciation, I would get the dvd mailed out to me. That dvd came earlier today and I finally got to see found.!

This film is great! It grabs you right away and never lets go. You care about the characters. You relate with the characters. You see everything unfold and you can't take your eyes off the screen because you want to see how things play out. When the movie ended, I was bummed because it was over haha. It went by fast! Great commentary on how horror fans can be perceived and how people react to situations that life throws at them. You can never forget the film.

My first Comikaze will be remembered for the autographs to an extent, but I'll mostly remember it for discovering found. as well as seeing Sushi Girl and Puppet Master X. See found. and enjoy what should be a cult classic down the line!
