Good Story, Good music...

Shame about the acting though. This was a well made and interesting film but the actors were so poor it almost ruined it for me.
As for the reviewer who state that this film has "incredible acting" well, I can assure you this person is either delusional or a studio shill.
6/10

They only had $8,000 to make this whole film. What types of actors, do you think they could cast with that minuscule budget? The acting is the biggest complaint, that I'm hearing about this film.I admit, the acting was pretty terrible, but given the circumstances, I think they didn't do too bad. Especially since I've seen 20 million dollar films, with less memorable moments, and equally bad acting!

Yeah, I know it was obviously a very low budget film. But I thought it was very well made/directed. And I know the poor acting is expected kind of, but I'm just saying it was a shame because for a lot of people (like myself) poor acting can really take you out of the film. I gave it a 6 but if there had been decent acting I think I'd have given it a solid 8.

Oh, no arguments there. I agree, when there's really terrible acting (as in this film) it really messes with the tension, tempo and pace. I re read my comment to you, and it came off somewhat aggressive and I didn't intend on that. The only reason I gave it an 8 honestly, is because it's counteracting all the casual fans that are giving this A 1. This film did falter when it came to the acting. The Dad was Bi Polar lol. His character went from the cool Dad that sneaks his kid candy after the mom says no, to A raging azzhole. The Mom was pretty non-existent, and went from A basic Mother, to A holy roller Azzhole herself lol.

HAHA I had the exact same thoughts. When he suddenly punches his kid in the face for getting in trouble at school I thought 'where the hell did that come from??' And after the brother beats up the dad, the camera cuts to him on the ground and he's perfectly fine lol. Ah, well I still enjoyed the film a lot for its originality.

Lmfao. When the Dad stepped up to the older brother and said "And what the hell you going to do about it"!!! It was almost something from skit comedy lolol. He took his azz kicking, and like you said, the Dad got his azz beat back into regular old calm Dad lol.
Another thing I wanted to ask you. Remember the brother, in the beginning, when he gave his excuse for why he killed and whom. Referred to them as the N words. If he was all about killing A certain race, aside from him being A psychopath, why did he kill his parents? There had to be more to it, then that altercation, and the way they treated the little brother. Because until the end, the parents were really good to the little kid. But to rape and kill your mom and kill your dad was kind of against his own cause. I didn't get the whole rape thing either lol. I just wrote that off, as it was what the killer did in the film "Headless"!

Hmmm interesting point. I guess he just used the racist excuse as a way to deny the fact that he was just ****ed in the head. I don't really get the rape thing either or why he killed his parents. Because up until the hilarious garage fight, the parents seemed pretty normal and nice. Maybe the dad abused the older brother when he was younger? Although, since that isn't implied, I guess we're just supposed to assume the dude was just sick in the head. Like Jeffrey Dahmer or Ted Bundy. 2 real serial killers who had completely normal childhoods but grew up to be psychopathically deranged.

Agree 100%. OK movie with a potentially great plot. It's understandable given the budget, but the acting seriously detracted from this. The problem was they tried to play everything straight but didn't have the on screen talent to pull it off. I'll probably watch it again someday though.
