Do Characters ever cross paths?

I don't think I've seen this in the first four seasons, but I think it would've been interesting to see Phillip or Elizabeth to cross paths with someone they work with, but in another disguise. It seems like they take a chance as well every time like they go out with their family, and what if they run into Martha or the Korean lady, or the alcoholic lady, or if Phillip is in his disguise at a bar and runs into Stan? Hopefully they work this into an episode in a future season.
