in their life in america have philip and elisabeth ever spoken in russian with each other. i get that, part of the job is to always speak english but i am just wondering if they ever spoken in their native language to each other

To each other? No, I don't think so.

I think they said a couple words to Paige. Probably don't want to expose their terrible accents that much to the audience.

yes i guess that is why even in controlled and secure environment with their handlers they always speak english

At the very end of Season 1 when Elizabeth was shot and in the care of Soviet medical people, she say, "Come home!" to Philip in Russian.
