Terribly miscast -- a waste of time -- don't watch it. SPOILERS

Apart from the fact that there's zero chemistry between Paula and Eddie, and apart from the fact that no one would believe that a woman who's a 10 would end up with a man who's a 6, nothing in the depiction of the characters -- either the words on the page, or the actors' fleshing out of the characters -- led me to believe that Paula would ever find Eddie (coarse, childish, unable to control his anger, not particularly interesting, not particularly bright) appealing.

What a waste of a decent idea and an otherwise decent cast.

Now, if they'd cast Joe Armstrong in that role rather than as the doctor ...
