Why doesn't this film show up in the search?

Every time I do a search for all and any film called "Escape" this film isn't among the list!

All I get is this list of films:

The Getaway (1994) aka "Escape"
Escape (2012) aka "Flukt"
Escapee (2011)
Escape Plan (2013)
The Great Escape (1963)
No Escape (1994)
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (2008)
Escape from New York (1981)
Escape from L.A. (1996)
The Escape Artist (2013) (TV Mini-Series)

I would never have found this film if I wasn't looking for - Escape aka "Flukt" 2012 (on Google search). It isn't that I particularly like the film or even want to watch it. But it does make me wonder what other films I'm missing, when doing a search on IMDb!

IMDb you're supposed to be the Royalty in Internet movie databases!

Christian films are often like that. They don't come up in a search, and you can only find them backwards, ie, clicking on an actors name.

David A.R. White owns Pure Flix films, a Christian production company and I have found a lot of Pure Flix films can't be found just by a search. I will start at David And click on his movies. He's in a lot of his movies. And the Christian actors circulate in and out of the various films. I think it's like a team sort of thing.

But, they are REALLY good. I started looking at Christian films after a friend took me to God's Not Dead which was made for $2,000,000 and made over $60,000,000 at the box office. Then I found Facing the Giants, made for $100,000 and earned $10,000,000 box office.

These movies have great box office returns. Extremely low budgets. The Christian filmmakers don't appear to be greedy. Unlike mainstream Hollywood. And you find the films at Christian bookstores.

The critics ALWAYS pan them giving them 10% or 15% on Rotten Tomatoes yet they make money and have better returns than mainstream movies a lot of the times. Christian filmmakers rely on word of mouth etc not tabloids PR, false advertising, contract relationships, and huge ad campaigns.

I'm so surprised at how consistently good PURE Flix films are. Of course if one is atheist or doesn''t like people bringing up faith or God, then they probably won't like the movies.

I loved this movie. It was great.

You can find it by search, just not on the front page. As far as I can tell, titles are sorted by popularity and these movies are not popular at all. If you click the "Exact Title" link that would be on the same page that your list is from you would get:

The Getaway (1994) aka "Escape"
Escape (2012)
Escape (2015)
Escapee (2011)
Escape from Hell (1980)
Escape (II) (2012)

The last one listed there is this movie. This is just the way you have to find things that aren't regularly searched.
