RIP Lynn Johnson
That was a sad moment, to hear that Lynn had passed away last year, although they didn't say how. I guess that's not our business. RIP, and condolences to her family.

shareSad. I remember thinking when watching 56 that she didn't look well. (Though I have no idea if that had anything to do with her death -- which seemed to be 'a short illness.')
shareI just found this article -- a school library has been named for her, and lots of pictures of the dedication. (Article mentions that a film crew was there to film for 63 Up.)

I've just watched the 63Up series and I have just found out that she died about 5 years ago. Seeing her at ages 7, 14 and 21, she was absolutely stunning. However her appearance seemed to have dramatically deteriorated by the time she reached 28. I wonder whether this was caused in part by the condition that was mentioned involving veins and blood vessels near her brain. As others have also mentioned, she seemed to rapidly age in that later half of her life. I guess the condition took it's tole on her, regardless of whether or not it contributed to her eventual death.
