She was never there! She died when her mother did but managed to be adopted, grow up, and not "vanish" from the earth or the minds of people until the apartment claimed her a decade and a half later. Right. Never ever heard of a corporeal ghost! Total wtf ending. Granted it stays with me but not in a good way.
