So the robots that act as some kind of mechanical soldier/guards speak understandable English, but the Mediator (by the term it seems like the person meant to act as the C3POesque human-cyborg relations) has robotic speech that is almost unable to be understood!

We need to get him a Comodore 64. It had a better vocoder.
